Carlos Portugal is a Madrid-based Peruvian writer, where he works as a bookseller in El Halcón Maltés. He’s written two award-winning plays and worked for six years as a police reporter for Hildebrandt en sus trece. He has a master’s degree in playwriting and dramaturgy from the Autonomous University of Madrid and another in documentary filmmaking from the Madrid Film Institute.
Asheley Nova Navarro is a Dominican poet, translator, and editor based in Georgia. Her work can be found in North American Review, wildness, Brink, Shō Poetry Journal, and elsewhere. She is the founding editor of Sontag Mag and works as a bookseller.
