Sayuri Ayers is an essayist and poet. A Pushcart Prize and Best of the Net nominee, Sayuri explores ancestry, memory, and the natural world. Her creative work has been supported by Kundiman, Yaddo, The Virginia Center for Creative Arts, The Ohio Arts Council, and The Greater Columbus Arts Council. She lives in Columbus, Ohio with her husband and son.
